Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking to confirm and hold your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. Guests may reschedule their hunt to another available date within the same season if notice is given 30 days or more before the scheduled hunt. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the hunt will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the hunt. Reservations not paid in full by that date may be released.
